The origins of this initiative trace back to an event organized by the Mexico-Brazil Chamber of Commerce (CAMEBRA) in Mexico City, where Oliveira, who also serves as a board member, established contact with a key executive of Natura & Co in Mexico. This encounter initiated negotiations that positioned her as the lead consultant for the franchise expansion of the prestigious Brazilian brand.
