Corporate Headquarters in Dallas for a premier event designed to elevate success, foster growth, and ignite powerful business connections and explore diverse business opportunities, with a dedicated segment on franchise expansion.

This exclusive summit is more than just an event; it’s a gateway to new opportunities and groundbreaking insights from some of the most influential leaders in the industry. Attendees will have the chance to gain firsthand knowledge from renowned executives and thought leaders who have reshaped the landscape of business and franchising.

Celebrating 11 Years of Excellence

For the last 11 years, Jorge Ferraez, Publisher & CEO of Latino Leaders Magazine.  has been organizing two major events in Dallas, Texas focusing on the Latino business community. Over the past decade, The Latino Franchise Symposium and The Business Owners Summit has grown into a must-attend gathering for Latinos entrepreneurs and franchise professionals looking to connect, learn, and expand their businesses.  Latinos business leaders, franchisors, franchise owners and franchise executives come from all over the country to be part of these events and many come from other countries in Latin America including Mexico.

This year, Mr. Ferraez made the strategic decision to combine these two fantastic events to create a bigger impact, providing greater exposure to successful Latino business owners and introducing them to the powerful franchising business model.  Franchising is one of the most effective business models for economic empowerment, particularly for the Latino community in the United States. With entrepreneurship deeply rooted in Latino culture, franchising offers a structured path to business ownership with built-in brand recognition, operational support, and growth potential.

Latinos are one of the fastest-growing demographics of entrepreneurs in the U.S., yet many still face barriers such as limited access to capital and business education. Franchising helps overcome these challenges by providing a proven system, mentorship, and resources necessary to succeed. By participating in franchising, Latino business owners can scale their operations faster, create jobs, and build generational wealth. This summit aims to bridge the gap between Latino entrepreneurs and franchise opportunities, fostering economic advancement for the community.
